I really love her original designs(eg Touka, Ruru), but her adapted
ones are meh. Then again that's mainly because the designs she
adapts are meh with some exceptions. Sometimes her adapted designs
are worse than the source though(eg Mai, Yuta).
So she's hit or miss.

I noticed that her designs usually lean on the more realistic side
in terms of hair color and her characters usually look plain,
ordinary. She hasn't been designer for many things though.
Kumiko is her best design.

He's hands down their best designer currently. Has the most variety and adapts designs extremely well, and is great at original design.

Kazumi's linework is very stiff like something from the early 2000s.
Shoko is a bit more modern than her sister.
Nishiya is very versatile. Detailed yet relatively easy to draw.
Kadowaki's design is great but hard to get right by other animators. Good line economy.
Horiguchi's design is simple, stylish and easy to animate. Animators like her design.
