Presuming it takes 10 minutes to do a page then it takes an hour to do 6 pages and 40 hours to do a 240-page volume.

In that case, $12 per hour would be $480.

I would assume that is way too low. 10 minutes is barely enough to read it, let alone translate it. And you also need editing.
