In WN Shalltear killed that lizard and destroy his country after dying herself in combat. I doubt Ainz would lose. There's a higher chance PDL notices something is fishy about Momon than Ainz deceiving him.
PDL can sense illusions from miles away and has a higher perception check, this is on top of the truesight.
Not only does Momon have to avoid taking helmet off, he also has to stay away from Nabe, not use a lipbug and not actually be PA in disguise, assuming of course PDL doesn't notice Momon doesn't need to breathe or sense that Momon is an undead.

Except it changes voice without needing vocal cords, so it's a magical disguise. Besides illusions aren't just images, anything that deceives perception counts as an illusion, including sounds.

Arche and Fluder both got suspicious when Ainz didn't show any magical power at all through an anti-detection spell, but whether PDL can see magic energies or not might be a different thing entirely, since Arche's skill was an innate talent, although I can see the ring concealing his undeath status.

I wonder what their aggregate level was; the experienced player was only around level 60ish. The newbie was lower than that although he did level up early on as Evileye mentions. Both were the leaders and vanguard for the rest, who were all NWorlders.

At this point I question your reading comprehension as I said figuring out that Ainz is a PLAYER which is the closest thing to any sort of proof PDL could gather so far outside of the extremely specific scenario of noticing he never eats drinks or breathes while noticing illusion magic so far beyond his level that fucking up the spell that bad would require trying to gesticulate spells via his nonexistent penis.
Disguise is different from shapeshifting and illusions. You are confusing the two entirely different abilities/effects consistently in your sentences.

I figure it's got to do with one of two things (or maybe both).
1) Undead can't learn martial arts because it involves increasing their physical capabilities or overcoming the natural limits of the body. It's like when somebody gets much stronger in a life-threatening situation because their body goes "holy fuck I'm about to die" and shuts off the limiters on the muscles. Undead don't have the ability to do this since they're dead (both because their muscles can't get stronger due to the fact that their bodies are dead and that they can't experience emotion strong enough to learn it in the first place). Thus they can't learn martial arts which require the user to overcome normal physical limitations.
2) Martial arts are similar to Wild Magic, both being innate to the New World and not existing withing YGGDRASIL. Wild Magic draws upon the power of the soul and maybe martial arts do the same thing except on a smaller scale. As a result undead, who I'd assume lack souls as they lack any semblance of the original person, are unable to use it.
That's my theory, anyway.

There's probably a means to restore broken items in Yggdrasil, I doubt sundering is permanent for anything except Guild weapons. It would be the most ridiculous strategy if so.
