Emile said the suits can have different appearances, but that was mostly a nod toward the magic breast hiding. One could interpret it to mean that something like a wizard costume could be a valid variable suit though, at which point her hundred would be the staff and ears/hat. The design would be fine if that character was fleshed out in the slightest so that we might feel like she matches that sort of thing in a world where everyone else has skintight suit fetishes. And that alone could be a good reason for such a design, maybe she is the one girl self-conscious about running around in fetish-wear. Not the cosplay is far from that.
