Howl's Moving Castle. It use to be Nausicaa, but after I read the manga I was appalled at just how little was adapted.

Only Yesterday is my favorite Ghibli movie. It has a lot of good emotional moments and an interesting exposition and satisfying conclusion that made me cry.
