The fight feels a little too one sided, Hisoka doesn't really seem like a jobber type character either and Chronotrigger has already been established as a deadly force before this fight.

I don't think he's gonna die but it feels like it could signify a change in his character's direction. So far he's mostly been this mysterious, dangerous guy who pops up to be entertaining and win fights in clever ways. If he loses here he's going to look stupid, lose mystique and seem less threatening.
I don't think Chrollo needs anyone to job for him, we already know he's strong but we also know he had to plan a lot for this. It feels more like reverse jobbing to make Hisoka seem weak and over confident.

I think most Hisoka fans expected him to be a true magician and stretch his powers to the logical limit, when those limits are far more restricting than people think.
Chrollo is basically batman, and Hisoka the Joker. Of course the Joker is clever as hell and strong, but he doesn't have that many tricks. Anyone expecting the Joker to beat the batman in a prep battle or suddenly gain new superpowers to stand and even chance is setting themselves up for disappointment.

That's a fair opinion and I respect/agree with that. But in recent years the edgy trends of DC have made the Joker out to be basically satan with a whole bunch of bullshit satanic powers and anything to make him seem like a realistic, credible threat. The Joker's 'that kid' when you're playing make believe that always has an invincible shield or some bullocks.
Some magic tricks would've been nice, seeing Hisoka going all JoJo on Chrollo just to even the score. And the waist isn't the only point to look for, but rather the hips, where Hisoka still has larger shoulders than hips where women more often have shoulders equal or smaller than their hips. In fact, large shoulders juxtaposed by a slim waist is a classic attractive trait in males. So props to Togashi for properly designing this adonis, too bad he's dead next week.

If the siblings had been set up as the final boss and Killua being a darts genius was brought into the story at the last minute to resolve the situation with no foreshadowing, maybe it would be an asspull. The term is just useless as a form of literary criticism. It's often a symptom of shitty writing (running out of ideas), but if something new is written into the story and used to great effect, it's not a bad thing. A lack of foreshadowing is a minor flaw in the grand scheme of things, there are bigger writing crimes than coming up with an idea a little late. The rose bomb is a good example. It had some foreshadowing but nothing concrete enough that we can be sure it was planned all along, but it was used perfectly and justifies it's existence through that alone.

It makes more sense than the alternative. I'm not a creative person and even I can come up with alternatives to a fucking magical wishing machine, options that were literally written into the story and denied for no reason- the main one being the nen exorcist. We know so little about them that they could conceivably heal something like that if Togashi chose. It would also provide an opportunity to write in Chrollo's search for the nen exorcist and maybe write similar chase scenes like in the election arc, just to stop it feeling like an easy fix. Another idea off the top of my head is Cheadle and Leorio using medical knowledge to heal him, since it'd be a good way to see how he's developed during the time. But the most obvious choice is to just not make Gon sick in the first place. We know nothing about the details of his vow and restriction, the audience would find it very believable if he just sacrificed his nen and got moderately injured rather than life threateningly injured.

An asspull is a term generally used for when a writer writes themselves into a corner, so they introduce a new element to the story just to resolve the narratives goals and problems without integrating it well into the logic of the story.
From that perspective, something like Killua's darts isn't so unbelievable because speed is part of his skillset and so is electricity.
Nor is Gon's freak transformation because we've been told of his potential before and it was foreshadowed.

The point I'm trying to make is that if the main definition of an asspull is a lack of foreshadowing, it's a pointless criticism. There are so many worse things than thinking up an idea a bit late. Your argument only works if you assume I actually base my judgements on Togashi's ability to come up with a plot point 10 years prior for the sake of foreshadowing. Not every character solves a fight with a bomb, not every stressed out character with potential goes Gon san, Killua doesn't call in any of his absurdly powerful family members to help him fight, Kurapika doesn't get many chances to use his specialist powers, Chrollo has his book but mostly just uses it to steal things, etc etc. They aren't genie level but they're still powers that get written around instead of overused.
Again, it all depends on how Togashi writes it in the end. The way I see it, Alluka is plot conflict that will need resolution, rather than being a resolution in herself. If she's a calamity that's almost certainly the case. I wouldn't be surprised if her powers end up getting fucked up, lost, used by the enemy, etc.
