Does experiments that lead to Eva. So he's stronger than her, but she's also stronger than Touta and Negi. But Dana a 'real' vamp just decided to chill in a corner and has done for how long? There's also a few other immortals on Dana levels (above MotB) who just sort of watch the world spin?
So what the fuck would Eva even do if MotB was above her 100%, she's nerfed, MotB has Negi skillset and powerlevel, and potentially more from all the others he's taken over.

Some borderline omnipotent being with thousands of years of experience keeps getting her ass beat. Creates an entire world, but cannot destroy it without Asuna.

Touta is a clone of Negi and possibly having also Asuna and Konoe family genes and who knows what more mixed in the pool, maybe Fate's too.
The two Konoe lolis from this chapter are possible clones born into Konoe family as younger sisters of Touta in the same cloning program, maybe even direct kids of Konoka and Setsuna mixing their genes like that.
Nodoka ended with Yue seeing none of them could have Negi.
In reality no one won Negi bowl, but he became grandpa to Konoe family clones for some reason, since having two grandmas is not enough for proper upbrining and you also need a male role model.

The problem at times is the characters aren't interesting enough to drive the story and the ones that do get pushed to the background. The Negima elements are needed because the story isn't strong enough on its own.
What we basically went through was a race between Naru, Shinobu, and Sarah McDougall.
I'm more interested in Santa than the race trio, yet he was immediately put into the background for loli harem hijinx that frankly weren't needed.

Try save-scumming with an emulated game (savestates, they work anywhere) and you'll see how wrong you are, when really abused you can literally save before every boss attack and dodge perfectly every single time - reload when doing it wrong.
It's basically the same of Touta here, since his enemies have no memories of the previous battle they'll always use the same moveset which Touta can just get better and better at dodging.

Again, you're assuming "remove Negima and don't change anything else." UQ's concept of a group of immortals is interesting. There's a bunch of stuff Ken could have done with that without resorting to old Negima plotlines.
You're also assuming I'm saying remove every trace of Negima. I have no issues with UQ being set in the same world (it's already implied Love Hina is part of the universe as well) or even bringing back Negima characters. But the plot has been hijacked by Negima completely (complete with rehashed loli clones, he couldn't have made them look even slightly different?). The manga doesn't even have the same feeling to it as it did in the beginning. The Negima stuff in UQ doesn't try to work with the setting, it just overwhelms and takes over.
