I sincerely doubt it. If personalitywise real women were even half as good as our waifus, then investing time and effort into winning the affection of women would be worth the effort.
As far as waifu's go I have a very specific taste, but even anime girls that fall outside of that niche give me feels. I feel for them, want them to succeed, feel attracted to them. Hell, I hate tsundere's but even I can see that all but the absolute worst tsundere's are preferable over real women.

Even if that were true, the very existence of a substantial number of women who aren't entirely shit would be an improvement over the current situation.
