DP Jojo is more well made than the Berserk anime I agree.
Jojo has a more interesting art style, but its characters are flat and poorly developed, the story is contrived and disjointed, and there's little reason to care about anything that is ever happening in the story. Jojo is painfully formulaic, despite its outlandish and creative powers.
Berserk is leagues ahead of it in everything related to storytelling. Hell, Jojo only has ONE great part (possibly two if Jojolion maintains its quality).
Part 7 (that one great part I mentioned) IS a severe improvement over everything before it, though, and shows that Araki has improved when it comes to crafting a satisfying story, as opposed to throwing a bunch of wacky shit together until the big bad gets beaten up.

"Great" and "good" are different terms, anon.
Most of Jojo is enjoyable enough (though not spectacular); what makes it enjoyable is seeing a weird power paired with Araki's interesting artwork. The storytelling is pretty barebones and lackluster until SBR.
Araki tries for more a complex story with more rich characters in six, though it's not until SBR that he really gets it right.
We're still talking about an overall above-average series, if only because of the powers and concepts that have been birthed from Jojo. I also think Steel Ball Run has literally THE BEST overall art of any comic series ever, and the entire series is filled with gorgeous art and visual designs that help to make up for the often terrible storytelling.

Objectively, Berserk is superior on most aspects, particularly in that it has better art and a much better story. Arguably, you could say JJBA has better characters. Regarding fights and conflict, they are a bit too different to compare, JJBA does tension and creativity in fights better than most things whereas Berserk fights are on a much grander scale a lot of the time.
Both are good (entry level but still definitely good), both are quite different and I probably like JJBA more but Berserk is better overall.

Professor X died a little while ago, and Red Skull dug him up and removed the parts of his brain responsible for telepathy. In this Cap issue, it starts showing some flashbacks of Steve's childhood, in the standard flashback greyed-out color palette. One character though, some friend of his mom's, is distinctly colored red. This character convinces Steve's mom to induct him into the young Hydra program or some shit.
Now Cap kidnaps a scientist that specializes in Cosmic Cubes (which Red Skull is obsessed with) and reveals himself to be a Hydra plant. It's really obvious Red Skull manipulated his memories.
