I'd imagine the split between 1, 2 and 3 is going to be pretty even since it's so particular to the person. None of them are totally revolutionary or completely fucked up or anything. CR video has 44K audio which is tinny and sucks ass and 15 second intro. Broadcast raw has 48K audio. I'm always re-timing the CR scripts because of that.

Just one thing to note. If Indonesian sub groups ever wanted to do English subs, they'd be pretty darn good. I was able to find an Indonesian sub script for the movie My Heart is Wanting To Shout and they had all the songs I wanted in my copy. The result overall came out really nice. One Indonesian group also subbed Gosick 10.5, the one episode English sub groups refused to work on. Took me about a year to massage it into a nice result as well.

Nah, not that bad. The first henshin (of four) was pretty lackluster when it really should've been one of the best so that didn't get things off on a good footing. Some of the character shots are excellent, others are lazy and sloppy but on average it's just meh.
The writing, on the other hand, is pretty awful.

I know, that was my biggest concern with a close adaptation. It's not like JJBA where a close adaptation is good because the original content is just as fun. Sailor Moon as a manga suffered from mediocre writing when it came to anything BUT Usagi, which is why people will like Usagi a lot more in this iteration. I always found this part of the arc awkward. Like they try to tap into the inner feelings of the senshi (with too little highlighting in any previous scenes so it becomes a bit exaggerated here), but then they just sweep that under the rug, and sometimes I jokingly insert fake dialogue right as soon as they're rescued, "Thanks for saving us outer senshi, now we can go back to being brainwashed by Sailor Moon propaganda again!".
I mean, for example I know Ami's a smart and studious person, but we're never given the time in the manga to really explore her great scholarly passion. This is part of why the original anime is more entertaining with the four inner senshi. I like Usagi more in this than in the original anime generally, but the other characters except maybe Mamoru aren't given much kindness in that regard.

getting invested in this series is a double edged sword. The 90's anime is too long, and Usagi can get grating but damn the characters were fantastic.
The manga is shorter, and while I think the plots are more interesting in the manga, the characters suffer too much from lack of spotlight.
The only right choice here is live action PGSM, and the musicals
To be absolutely fair, the Sailor Moon manga is incredibly awful in terms of plot and character balance, the only reason it worked was because there was an intricate universe behind it, everything clicked. The idea of planet guardians is fascinating by itself, the classic anime was able to work from that and develop a much more charming story because Naoko Takeuchi set up the material for it.

The Infinity arc is confirmed to have 13 episodes, though. There's 12 chapters and the first one was split into two episodes. Dream and Stars both have 11 chapters so they'll most likely split two chapters to make up two extra episodes and make up the 13.

I can't remember where I read it and it might be complete BS but apparently there were plans to have animated shorts like Ami's First Love featuring the rest of the Senshi. Since there'll have three extra episodes to work with, that's the perfect amount for Rei, Makoto and Minako to get their own episodes.

Super Sailor Moon is the most perfect costume design.
