After she killed him she kept going back to think of how much of a pathetic moron he was and how she didn't give a shit about someone who wasn't Manaka-sama. Basically it comes off as though she was impacted by his death even though she doesn't want to admit she could feel sorry about murder. Right up until he died he kept talking about how he didn't want to hurt anybody, so that probably has something to do with why she got a little messed up by what happened.
The real kick in her figurative balls was when Caster brought him back as a zombie. That itself might not have been so bad if not for the fact that all the zombie seems to do is sit huddled in corners or on couches while repeatedly reiterating statements like "I don't want to hurt you" or "please, run away".

His NP is called "Excalibur: Sword of Forever Distant Victory " similar in name to Archer's "Excalibur Image: Forever Distant Golden Sword" which could indicate lower firepower.
How weaker it is isn't clear though, but it is definitely not Saber's Excalibur.

Some legend suggests otherwise. Bedivere is supposed to have launched the sword on the Pomparles Bridge near Glastonbury. Richard claims to have found the bridge and recovered the sword, then he will deliver it to Tancred.
So, whether true or false, depends on Nasu (probably false for not to undermine Arturia op status) but the legend lends itself easily, if you will, to give at Richard the true Excalibur.
