It was actually pretty good, there were just a lot of underage faggots crying because they were depraved of their overblown shounen action.
The Fullbring arc had a much slower, psychological setting which focused a lot more on Ichigo's inner turmoil as a now powerless nobody unable to protect anyone while his friends continue to fight hollows behind his back, then there was a crazy story of betrayal surrounding Ginjo, it was all going well until whining little shits who wanted their fights back caused ratings to plummet forcing an abrupt end to the arc with the Shinigami turning up resulting in a series of shitty generic action-orientated fights once again.
