Nobody is rating Gainax anymore.
A1 is in the running for overrated, and the only reason they're not a shoe-in is because they're not that hyped as a studio.

Beat me to it, fucking Katanagatari was perfect.
Of course its partly because I already liked Monogatari and Isin's stuff when I watched it but WHITE FOX still gave this LN life, baller OST and awesome visuals.

Underrated: I don't know, I want to say Mappa but I'm sure it has a following.
Between Shaft and KyoAni, I think KyoAni at least deserves praise for their consistent good quality, and I think Shaft doesn't really have anything of value to them.
