Well from my perspective, the evidence for Kaname liking Messer mainly comes from how she generally keeps inviting him to hang out. She's notably the only Walkure that actually talks to Messer. Even if we put these moments aside, the narrative as a whole constantly has Kaname and Messer interacting or together in some way consistently throughout the series
I actually think it's funny how some seem to be in such denial about this when as far back as Mission 0.89 came out, pretty much everybody thought they were going to be a pair solely from the nod and thumbs up they gave each other.
Kaname and Messer is just professional admiration.

If they are sad the rune dims for every other excitement it glows. Personally i think Bogue was excited because he has a warlike personality and was excited to the possibility of a traitor. He's warlike personality could be shown from attacking Hellman even if their training was supposed to be done. That scene was confusing because he was trying to shake it off. You can see his rune going from black/red to normal several times as he tries to fight whatever effect Freyja's song had on him. I'm still not sure if red/black is one emotion, like anger or disgust, or two different emotions at the same time. After that his runes return to their normal yellow glow.

Mikumo the singer is always being drawn as very mysterious, but how will she act hereafter. The enemy's side circumstances for fighting and their sense of values, how will the main characters come into contact, overcome and oppose them. I would like it very much for the viewer to enjoy it as a coming of age story along with spectacular fight scenes and singing performances. "Treasuring every moment and living life the fullest" is also a message, so there are a lot of messages for you to take from this I feel.
