Gigamayo is pretty entertaining and handles a massive cast well and hasn't jumped any sharks yet with the mystery. Its impressive for horror anime.
Cerebeus has its little moments too but its just not a very good show in any way and I think even the director knew it. The MC being a dumb kid is my favorite part and the only good thing about it.
Hundred gets shit for being Infinite Stratos but I don't think its fair to shit on it because thats like going to Old Country Buffet and complaining its a buffet.
Asterisk and Netoge have the highest total potential for worst show because Asterisk was already considered terrible the first season and Netoge's premise and execution is enough for most anon's to hate it.
Personally I'm enjoying Netoge a lot more than I thought but I can't even watch Asterisk. I think the most important point is that all of your opinions are terrible.

I don't know about you, but I enjoy Cerberus quite a bit for what it is. The cast is interesting to watch, except for the MC. It is somewhat predictable, but the overall plot is still engaging enough. I also like this traveling around while making money thing.
