and to answer your other question, it did well in manga sales and in streaming sites, it basically just did bad in vid sales. A lot of decent shows are dropping like this, or having one new season every year or two.
Japan's anime industry is just lagging behind because they are hesitant to upset their tested methods. But in the end, the only thing that sells blurays are big tittied or extra violent shows that promise more on the bluray. It's like the old dvd extras that america did to sell dvds when people still had vcrs.
Japan needs to start catering to the global market instead of just japan if they want to keep series going more.
