I like beef, pork and chicken all the same, even mixed, it comes down to what form the meat takes and how it's used.
When it comes to mince, all three do taste differently, but ultimately they can typically do the same things in a casserole or sauce.

But there's multiple different kinds of pork meat. Bacon, ham as well as chops, tenderloin, ribs. Do you really hate the taste of all of those, or is it just a mental thing where you go "Oh, I hate pigs so I have to hate this".
Course, I have a really open pallete when it comes to meat. Even people who like beef and chicken balk at the "weirder" stuff like liver, tripe, gizzards, chitlins, etc.
