Well, Kazumi was pretty good although it didn't feel entirely consistent with the same world as the main series.
Suzanna Magica was a fun read if you just want more of Madoka Magica's witch/magical system, but it's really not required reading for the series. Just a fun side story.
I've only read the first volume of Oriko magica, but it was pretty good... though VASTLY inconsistent with the main anime despite using the same characters. It's like if one of Homura's time loops ended up progressing completely different from the others. Characters exist in Oriko that didn't exist in Madoka, and pretty major ones at that.
Perhaps the later volumes explain away the inconsistencies, like I said I've only read the first volume.
Tart Magica is also pretty cool. You get the Magical Girl system in a medevil setting.

Originally, Urobuchi wanted Madoka to carry Homura to Heaven and end the series, but someone (I can't remember, The studio boss?, fuck, I don't remember) told him "What? Killing the chicken of the golden eggs? Not on my watch!", and he changed the argument.
So, my opinion is that the definitive end will be something bittersweet.

That's a myth that's been disproven so many times. Urobuchi couldn't come up with an interesting idea beyond "Homura is taken to heaven" and got a case of writers block. When Shino suggested the idea, he loved it and came up with Rebellion. He was also inspired by Shinbo telling him Madoka's lonely fate at the end lf the series was shit.

In this new timeline that homu has created it would be interesting to see what differences could happen. Now that the story is not limited to 1 month spans with minor differences differentiating them. it would be nice to see some different scenarios playing out.

Well not that, my idea may be fan fiction tier, but maybe her relation with kyosuke getting rocky is the start of it. As more and more girls become interested in him, coupled with him still being stupid as fuck for never really trying to hard sway their advances, along with never reassuring hitumtum that she is anything special to him. On top of that this new time line's sayaka which is much more confident befriends him again, though she has no intentions and has moved on from him, Hitomi again sees her as a romantic thread. As her world appears to crumble apart (really only in her eyes) she would probably wish she had the power to stop it. In comes QB who somehow manages to give her some OP powers in return for her partnership in taking down homuhomu she can do whatever she wants with said powers.
Shitty, i know. But i can see Hitomi going crazy over her relationship and being easily motivated in this new timeline to do some messed up things. Only issue with this scenario is i don't know how a nerfed QB could even give powers again.
