I've only watched the first two parts. They are okay, not a greatest masterpiece of all time like Tamers, but it's good enough. Watch it if you want to.
The story ends after part 2, so you can skip part 3 if you want. I also hear it's absolutely terrible, worst in the franchise, so if you want quality you can at least skip the third and last part, it isn't part of the main story anyway, but the first two parts may be worth it, if you are interested. It is not the next Evangelion, but it's not really bad either. It is for people who are interested.
