Here's the thing though. Isn't it true though? If Kyoko didn't exist or try and muscle herself into the City, Sayaka would have slowly been able to grow at a rate in which she could handle the stages. Instead she rammed herself into the scene and did major damage to Sayaka's body and her pride.

Please, please tell me all the episodes that Madoka got developing her character and then all the episodes all the other characters got. The reason I know you don't understand Madoka Magica is because you don't realize that Madoka so little real character development that it's almost criminal. The first three episodes had a Mami focus. The next 6 were all basically Sayaka, Kyoko, and Homura. Episode 10 basically showed us all of Homura and 11 and 12 was more Homura than Madoka.
