Enel suddenly appears on the other side. Then they start rushing towards each other, sweeping every big name to the side the manga has been hyping up for hundreds of chapters. Everything will be meaningless compared to the rematch between Enel and Luffy. Enel will have haki now to give him a fighting chance.
The entire war was supposed to be very bloody and everyone wanting everyone dead, but they just get knocked out and sleep for a couple of hours after jobbing so hard. Noone will die and everyone will accept Luffy as the Pirate King after he wins. They all come to an understanding with each other, the WG will disband and everyone will start fearing Luffy as much as people feared a nuclear apocalypse in the cold war. He'll be that OP at that point.
Enel will survive too and will be banished to the moon, but only under the condition that Luffy checks on him every now and then to prove that he's a gud boi.

We don't have enough information on powerlevel rankings as far as haki and nothing but pure haki goes. And even then powerlevels are meaningless, since the fights mostly end in a rock-paper-scissors type of way.
We only have confirmation that Kaidou is the strongest 1vs1, but that can also be a factor of various things, so even that doesn't make him the strongest haki user. We have to wait.
Any speculation on this is headcanon.

Skypeia and Fish Man are more alike in terms of islands and concept then story.
In terms of story, they just took Arlong and made him fat and stupid, but getting to Fish Man Island was treated with as much hype as getting to Skypeia and both had to follow insane ocean currents and get insane ship modifications to get there, so still repeating the themes, just sprinkling them around.
Punk Hazrd, likewise, was an island lab nobody knew about with a mad scientist and horrible lab experiments that at first glance look like something supernatural. The theme is there for it to be Thriller Bark, the story is just different.
I'm not accusing Oda of recycling stories to be a lazy hack, I think the repeating themes sprinkled here and there are very much intentional and part of the over all narrative and I actually think it's a nice touch. This is my opinion though, and it's probably wrong, just what I thought I noticed.

He and Luffy are the opposite sides of the same coin. Willpower, same dream and shit liek this. Other than that he might be cowardly, but also somewhat badass in the same time and a big time planner too.
In some way he is a typical villain with his abilites are literally darkness and destruction, but he is against the cliché because he respect Luffy even if he is weaker and much yonger.
That guy is the most piraty pirate in a world full of badass pirates. I like him almost as i like Luffy.

I don't post anything about him here, but I really like him as an anthagonist. He got a plan, cool powers, strong conviction and respect for Luffy. Also, theres so much about him that is still in the dark, even when he appears much more than Sakazuki or Shanks. Really interesting guy.

I can't wait to see Sabo get more appearances in the manga, I'm also expecting him to take the fruit further than Ace did as well but Ace had the fruit for years, right? He had a lot more time to practice and develop it, though Sabo could technically be a "genius" so maybe he can do more with in a shorter period of time than Ace could, it seemed like right after getting the fruit he already could control it to some extent and manipulate it.
I'm not sure why role Sabo will play next in the manga, I figured he and Luffy will meet up again somewhere but right now we don't even know what happened to the Revolutionary Army. There base/HQ got destroyed and that's about all we know, I guess they relocated perhaps, but who knows how many people were injured/got killed in the attack.
