I like Cathyl body-wise and personality-wise the most, though I wish she also had a soft, comforting side like Tio, hence Tio would be my second favourite in both categories as well. What I don't like about Tio is her exaggerated ditziness.
I like Cerea personality-wise very much, but body-wise not so much.
Suu and Papi are just the cutest, though body-wise I have my issues with Papi, mostly because she has neither feet not hands and her bird-brainity would become jarring after a while, but perhaps she'd learn better through games and song?
Suu is great in all categories, she's super helpful, started having a more complex personality since Kimihito's sickness and can alter her appearance, yet I worry that she can't be pleased like the more human girls, as in she has no real emotions and only emulated ones.
