Megumi would be normal, Megumin is like the way a close friend might call them. A lot of the Crimson demons have names like this that are more like nicknames than normal jap names, for example Yuiyui, Yunyun, and Dodonko.this is probably because the Crimson demon race was genetically engineered to be super good mages by the same guy who built the Destroyer, one of the people Aqua sent to the world with a cheat item that let him make things somehow. That guy is probably responsible for starting that naming convention and for the way they act. It's not explicitly said that this is the reason for their names, but can be inferred from vol 5.

the min at the end of the name sounds like a "pet" or "cute" name at the end, basically one girl might use to "cute up" someone's name. Sort of like how Subaru attaches "tan" to the end of Emilia's name in zero. so to the japanese listener her name sounds like a nickname or even a made up name. All of the chuuni names sound similarly strange. Some are just random kanji smashed together. others are just silly half name sounding nicknames. the basic deal is none of the crimson semon demons have a "real" name.
If you want to localize it and compare it to something in english, her name would sound like MegMeg or Meggers. Two names that could plausibly be "playful" changes to the name Megan, but definitely not someone would actually have as a first name, or introduce themselves as.
