Hachiman already has friends and acquaintances so is parway "fixed" already. He'll probably always be cynical and over analyze things. One lesson he has yet to learn, is that someone outside of could actually value him for who he is, that bad self loathing is still there. At least of the girls, if not both will cure him of that with love confession.
