The english VAs would have to be able to sing, and the game flopped in Japan so they're not going to waste too much effort on the localization outside of censoring anything remotely suggestive and having the Jap VAs redub some lines so their character is 18 now.

Well, DR3 isn't an adaptation, so it has more chances to be better paced than DR1 anime.
