Frankly I wouldn't worry in the slightest. The JP version has no funky DRM, and I doubt SP is intelligent enough to make some uncrackable DRM.

Thanks for the clarification. As for scenes, adding mist would be a non-issue. All we need is for the scene to be translated so that it can be placed in the (fully uncensored) JP version. Basically, so long as the text exists, it can be easily placed in the JP version.
I do have to wonder what made SP consider even picking the game up in the first place. Also, have we even gotten an official confirmation of censorship yet?
