So far, it's Yumachi 1 (Hayari), Manbara 1 (Yue), with Manbara way up on points.
Shino needs to win her round and gain back all of the points Kanna lost. The buchou and Kyouka rounds will be important for the team tournament.
I don't know if Shino is motivated enough for the individuals at this point, plus she's only a first year and there are probably new monsters lurking.

Chapter 106 is the vanguards walking to the semifinals, which is near the end of episode 13 of Zenkoku. So chapter 107 is a good place to start.
Zenkoku end credits had glimpses of the Eisui & Miyamori beach trip, which is detailed in Chapter 119 and continuing in the latest chapter. The rooftop Teru scene ("Saki...") after the end credits isn't in the manga, but foreshadows Chapter 128.

Chapter 119 is Eisui alone at the beach and Miyamori shopping for swimsuits. That day is still continuing in Chapter 158, with Miyamori arriving in the evening.
