She flips out on Rem and demands an answer, and early-on worst girl says she knew he was cursed and just tried to mercy kill him. Emilia-Tan doesn't buy it due to the brutality of the death, tells everyone at the manor to fuck themselves and abandons candidacy for the monarchy. She then takes Subaru's body back to the forest she grew up in, buries him there, and lives out her life in sadness there.
