Read the last few chapters, Hisoka admitted that Chrollo kept telling him his abilities and being obvious with them so Hisoka would keep splitting his attention paying attention to this part or that part, which would wear him out badly the longer the battle would go on.
Its like a magic trick, you have to force your opponent to look at something in particular to fuck them up.

My only complaint is this is stating that Ging is stronger than Netero, but that he isn't as strong as Pitou. Also Gon beat the ever loving shit out of Pitou after his nen transformation, also I remember Pitou saying his aura was on par with Merum so does that mean Gon had a power ranking of like 4 mil? Or was it even further then that? Was Gon literally the strongest person in the HxH universe to date when he did his whole nen transformation? Also I can't believe Gon's base power level is only 12k, the series makes him seem so much stronger then he actually is I guess. Well he is still pretty young and most of the higher ranking people are adults, I'm sure in about 5 or 10 years he'd be right up at the top with Ging and Netero.
I'm also convinced Ging could have beaten Pitou, I don't really agree that Pitou was as strong as this power ranking list is making him/her(Whatever gender it fucking was) out to be. I do agree that Merum would be at the top though, it's always a huge debate to discuss who is stronger than Merum because Merumfags claim nobody except Netero could hold their own against Merum, let alone hope to beat him. But what's funny is Netero's power ranking is only 600k while Merum's is in the millions, yet Netero still managed to hold his own and deal damage to the king. Seems like Netero's power ranking should have been a bit higher.
