It took me by surprise to be honest because I wasn't expecting it to be all that great. I found it to be a lot better paced than the anime and would recommend it to anyone interested in a more detailed version of the story (that's if you haven't already read the VNs).

Fuan no Tane is pretty good. I also kinda like Hideshi Hino's work, but I'm not a big fan of the art style. I wish I could find more horror anthology series, I've read Junji Ito's work, and a few others, but I've run out.

Zashiki Onna is pretty garbage.
Panorama of Hell. Journey to the End of the World was pretty horrifying, I don't even know if it counts as a horror manga. Even things like 3, Street of Mysteries or Cat Eyed Boy are more remarkable than most of the things mentioned in this thread.

I really liked Bio-Meat, altought I don't know if it would be considered horror.
