Well if it's full power Saber then Saber wins.
Vash can vaporize a country, shoot blackholes, has autodefenses that can protect him from those, and to top it off he can fly.
Vash isn't a slouch in the speed department either, he can tangle with knives who flew into orbit in no time and destroyed several satellites across the globe.
He can empty his revolver before an explosion can reach him.
Only reason he doesn't fuck everyone's shit is because he doesn't want to and preferes pacifist means.

I've never seen Trigun should I watch the dub or sub? I know that dubs are shit but I think I read somewhere the dub is actually good.
