Used to when it was happy go lucky, I'm not really digging all this edge that's come about. I'm feeling tepid cause Helck is at its best when Not Herc is doing his schtick and everything is on a lighter tone. All this seriousness isn't very good from a narrative stand point and it isn't very good at flowing the story. It's stagnated.
Where do we go from the big bad? That's been the whole point of the series and it's hitting a proverbial wall.

I don't understand what you mean. The art is good enough, but more importantly the paneling and dynamism got remarkably better ever since somewhere during the Helck's past arc, and it was good enough before.
And that is the single most important thing in manga drawing. Intricate details like for instance in Berserk or Otoyomegatari are great eyecandies but not essential.
I can already see how this manga will end.
Rafaed and Mikaros will kill all the demons and then they'll die.
This will make Helck and Vamirio the Adam and Eve of a new world where Human and Demon are the same race and they live peacefully.

Not from my view. Each page should advance the story, while building on top of it. When you're imagination is free to run wild, it's telling when I see multiple actions repeating. Same faces, same poses, same paneling, same focus, same jokes. Not even 100 chapters in and Helck shouldn't feel this samey; much too early in a series' life span to be like this. Maybe Helck isn't meant as a long term series?
I read everything in a dump last week so maybe that's why it comes across as samey to me but there is certainly a feeling of deep repetition going on.
