Well what her recipe makes crystal clear in my opinion is that Yukino's personal issues still exist in ANOTHER. They just aren't being dealt with. And one would definitely not say that's a good thing for Yukino. Yui may know about Yukino's feelings for 8man, but she doesn't necessarily know just how messed up Yukino is under the hood.
But I guess the silver lining is that, as Sensei tells 8man back in vol 9, it doesn't HAVE to be Hachiman who crosses the line and brings Yukino out of her shell. She might still firmly live in it in ANOTHER, but someday someone will help get out of it.
Hopefully she won't be a broken woman like Sensei is by then. Remember Sensei's character song:

There are some eerie things about Hayama and Yukino in the LN main series. When Yukino was talking about career paths and how Yukino's and Hayama's family had need for two different skill sets Hachiman said he thought of something horrible. Then there is when Iroha said she was sure Yukino would go right to work after finishing university, but Yukino was flustered and gave hints something else was possible. Then we have the Yukinoshita limo slowly driving by Hachiman after Yukimom met them at Yukino's apartment, and Hachiman felt like he was being scoped out. Isn't it possible Yuki-mom might be appalled at the idea of her daughter getting close with a middle class seedy eyed schmuck, and so push arranged marriage? that maybe this is possibility hanging over Yukino's head and for which she wonders if there could be escape?
