I think tomoko isn't all that bad, it's more of a lack of effort and people's stigma.
Just think if some autistic little girl sat in the back of your class in high school, and whenever anyone tried talking to her she'd fuck up and make it werid. And there's alot of other girls in class to focus at, not this werid girl.
