Lack of accuracy, idk if you've ever shot a gun before but rifles are extremely in accurate and they can only fire once at a time, the chances of you landing a heart shot and a super fast zombie are next to none.

This show takes place in industrial japan and their muskets are steam powered of all things. There's no way they can land an instant kill on a moving target with a steam powered musket.
