Do you like to store/keep the anime you watch to rewatch later?
If you answered yes to all of the above then download one episode at a time while you run errands/study/fap/whatever, it'll be worth it. If you answered no to at least two of them then consider getting a lower quality release which will be smaller and faster. Don't streamyour speed isn't good enough for that, if it were and if you answered no to the last one, that would be an option, I guess. I say this as a reasonable person that dislikes streaming but understands not everyone has the same standards or tastes

It's just 5.4 days downloading. If you download 6 hours a day you'll be over in less than 22 days. That's more than 3 episodes a day, and you can download them sequentially and watch them as you download. If you're willing to download 12 hours a day then you get to watch 6 episodes daily, and so on. What's the problem?

As for the original question, the only source for the "50% failure rate" is Backblaze's 2013-2014 HD reliability report, which has been disproven several times already, but idiots still like to parrot it like it's gospel to this day anyway.

This. Even the ones with one seeder are pretty good because it's often hosted on the seedboxes of epeenfags, thus you can download at a nice speed and you get some good credits for seeding that shit. If it has no seeders then send him reseed requests until either he reseeds (which transposes into the case above) or the torrent gets pruned for inactivity; if that happens then find that torrent somewhere else and upload it to AB, you'll be elite in no time.
