If you undervalue your EMS shouldn't be taxed anyway and if you use SAL but do not undervalue you will highly likely get taxed anyway.
Undervaluing is illegal but it's the store that's doing it, only thing they can do to you is ask for actual value of the item. So yeah, it's always better to undervalue and bank on the chance it goes unnoticed through customs.

On the left is her daki, I already had her daki but I got an extra anyway, both are official, not bootlegs and identical.
In the top middle is a totebag and the bottom is a clearfile, the clearfile is pretty much identical to one of the clearfiles penguin parade released this year save for there being a logo on the top left and the back of the clearfile having a slightly different design, this one was a prize in the winter 2014 Animate AV festival.
Finally on the right is a fluffy hood towel of her, super cute and that illustration isn't available elsewhere for purchase nor scanned online, so it's a little bit special, and very adorable.

Although if you look close enough you'll still find imperfections that you wouldn't expect to find on scales. That and they cost more than most prize figures, especially when you have to pay Shinobu tax.
