As a result she is mostly a mystery, with the audience knowing very little about her except for her love of books and general anti-social behavior. with little not no character development she remains mostly a boring moeblob for the audience to insert the "dream girl" persona they imagine she has into her.
she's not a character, she's a cute blank slate to maximize her waifu potential and sell books.
