I still can't get over people saying "Togashi forgot how to draw him, I have proof" and posting the very first appearances he had in the story when he was distinctly made to look inhuman
Rather than the far more accurate to post appearances he had a few chapters after that when he infiltrated the auction in normal human clothes and looked a lot more like he did in this chapter.
His current appearance is clearly pegged a bit more off how he looked during the auction, rather than when he looked like a drug dealer at first.
When he's dressed like the leader of the spiders, he tries to look inhuman, especially in his first few pages. However with the auction we saw he can easily pass for human and has a very young appearance when he takes off all the accessories and makeup. This was meant to create a very stark contrast when this inhuman looking guy suddenly was very human and had a lot of personality when interacting with fortune teller girl.
In his current appearance he looks like a fusion of his two personas.

Chrollo would never reveal his abilities, an explanation of his abilities, his techniques, etc. in front of so many people. Not to mention all the matches in Heaven's Arena are recorded on video cams.
That makes Chrollo so much of an easier target to anyone who is in the crowd/studies the video tapes. He's basically giving off a detailed dossier to any potential enemies on how to kill him. Sure, there are very few people in the world that could defeat him with or without a videotape of his abilities and fighting style, but he just made it that much easier.

Kurapika's abilities are specifically designed to be OP against Spiders. They would not be as effective against other opponents.
Killua literally had no effect on Youpi. He blitzed him for a few seconds, but dealt no damage to him whatsoever.
None of those fights give any evidence in Hisoka's favour.
