Are the NPC's absolutely loyal to Ainz? Both Chair and Sebas said that they would choose their creator's over Ainz, but in vol.7 the Neuronist said that the whole reason the NPC's are loyal to Ainz in the first place is because he's the only one that never abandoned them.
So are they absolutely loyal to Ainz or would they betray him for their creators?Also new vol.10 pic.

They are most loyal to their original creator. Maybe with time they can place Ainz first as their favorite Supreme Being, but till now I think the loyalty list for the NPCs is something like this: Original creator>Ainz>other SBs.

Well you have to take into consideration that the NPC's loyalty to their creators is a blind loyalty, meaning that they do actually know their creator's personality.
As the NPC's are now sentient, it might be possible that they can choose to be loyal to Ainz over their creators This might occur if their creators, after appearing in the NW, do not treat them with the same care as Ainz.
That said, i personally believe that at this point in the story NPC's loyalties are to their creator's first, unless written otherwise in their flavor text. Seeing as they are almost like children, it is natural for them to follow their parent's orders above all else. However, after serving Ainz for a long duration of time, their loyalties might change.

I have been rereading since volume 10 will be coming out. Have we heard anything about the Empress of Tears that Clementine served as a body double of? I heard that she looked exactly like her brother who was the fifth seat of the black scripture in the WN, but I have not read the WN. I guess a follow up would be whether we know if Clementine's brother exists in the LN.

And I'd love to hear what is this "corruption" the dragon lords speak of since the human magic casters seem to know nothing of it. Did their system just fall out of favor and reverence? Did its rules change with the introduction of Yg magic? Or is the present magic system there corrupting each application of the magic and the users can't trust it anymore?
I doubt the latter two though since PDL seems to be intelligent one and has had 600 years to re-find the new rules and he can still use his remote armor unless that's a dragon's innate skill.

i just started volume 6, and I am pretty tired of reading about Climb and the humans, am I going to have to tolerate much more or is it pretty nazarick heavy from here? The first chapters seem promising. I just can't give a shit about some weak ass warrior fighting fear, or Brain being a little bitch, or Stronoff doing nothing. Renner became mildly interesting at the end of 5 I think, but not enough to warrant giving a fuck about.

Nobody has proven them wrong so far, other than a narrative mention of some lucky guys being able to haggle with intelligent undead (already something of an rarity) in item exchange.

What they know is by word of mouth, from ppl that interacted with them. So, Undead hates all life, sticks, no matter what. Just take a look at our modern society.

The way I see it there isn't really much reason to assume Ainz is different from other undead in his hatred of life just because he's strong, especially when the previous legendary strongest undead that the Empire was aware of seemed to be the undead with the strongest burning hatred for life in the series so far.
You might also recall that there are undead such as the Undying King who work with humans and make deals with humans explicitly for the purpose of saving themselves and / or gaining the strength to destroy all life later. This is a known and understood phenomenon.
To me, thinking that Ainz the strongest undead might not hate life just because he's saying some nice things and not killing you right this second would be like thinking the most powerful human warrior might hate all life because you saw him kill a lot of people and you can't hold him to the same standards as everyone else either.

What if this new equipment is NW-optimized? What I mean is that his previous gear was chosen based on Yggdrasil mechanics, so they built upon his strengths in spellcasting and ignored everything else. However, in the NW, Ainz's spellcasting is so strong there is no point in buffing it further. Instead, he's going to get exposed far more to melee. In that sense, it makes more sense to optimize his gear for melee combat and resistances. That staff looks actually usable to bash people on the head, unlike his normal one.
