It's pretty good, /a/ hates everything though.
Read the manga, it had a lot of really funny chapters. However that is partially because it had a lot of chapters, (like 276 or something). All in all I'd give it a 6/10 because it was consistently funny, and as a comedy that was its main purpose. However, the "plot" was pretty meh.
