Been watching this thread get bumped all morning with stuff that isn't technically impressive at all, just moves around a lot (this is what people mean by forced animation) or even worse, is just emotionally poignant for reasons that have nothing at all to do with the animation.
I want to see the animator's comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the thing they are animating, the subjects and their actions. It's gotta be on-model, but I want to see their unique flair too. I want to see things like smears or That's pushing the limits.

I've had sex and until I researched hymens I had no idea how they worked. It's not simple either. Hymens come in all shapes and forms, and they are actually quite complex.
As for the first question, I recommend you read up on the wiki article or do a quick google on hymens.
In short, depending on the hymen, in most women inserting a tampon won't be an issue. Although something like 1 in 200 women have hymens that won't allow tampons to be inserted.
