Chrollo SHOULD win. He has prep time and prior knowledge of Hisoka's abilites, while Hisoka has no idea what abilities Chrollo will use/can use. I still don't think he will win, simply because it's obvious when you look at their capabilities that chrollo has the advantage. The truth is that it's impossible to say who is going to win. Hisoka is a pure genius when it's about fighting, and it's the same for Chrollo. They both know that their opponent is extremely strong, but they both think that they're going to win. And both of them have a plot armor (Hisoka - Gon, Chrollo - Kurapika) but we know that it will end with a death. So I'm really unable to make a prediction, even if I'm totally with Hisoka !

Hisoka is one of the most popular recurring characters, very moody and very strong.
Chrollo is the leader of the spiders, and is one of the most OP characters in terms of power since his ability is to steal powers, and he's also a top tier fighter in terms of intellect and general fighting ability, so he's very strong in head-on fights like this one (although he did suffer against Kurapica, who ambushed him with a power that was specifically "seal the powers of the spiders").
Whoever dies, a pretty main character is going and it's going to have repercussions to the story. Chrollo is the leader of a very strong group, although he hasn't appeared much at all, Hisoka is a loose gun, but appears in the story pretty often. Hisoka could even be considered a main character by how often he appears.
