Hisoka can win BECAUSE he's not a powerlevel fag. He just goes around being playful/mischievous. While he's physically strong and agile, his powers are focused on being malleable/flexible rather than a juggernaut like a lot of nen users and that's very much something that is effective against the mindset of most of the Ryoudan: they're strong in one thing they do, but poor nen practicioners and nowhere near as effective on their own as they are as part of a team. Chrollo can stand a fight on his own against pretty much anyone but Hisoka sees fights as playtime and just goes for misdirection and murder.

Chrollo will probably just win the round via the arena rules and try and get hisoka to go to the dark continent with him.

The fight is being told from Hisoka's point of view, and Chrollo is definitely the most "overpowered" of the two since now he can pull a vast array of powers straight out of his ass.
I don't think that in the current situation Chrollo winning would be terribly satisfying. Seeing how Hisoka will use to avoid all of Chrollo's traps as they are suddenly revealed one at a time would be more interesting to see.
That being said obviously just because I don't think Chrollo will win means that Hisoka will either. I actually don't want to speculate too hard about that, because I want to see what Togashi has in mind.
