I'll have to disagree with you, I find the animation more than enjoyable and the adaptation is slow but it allows to see things more clearly like the kick in the bottle from kachan and Deku's stumble. Some of the voices aren't exactly perfect for me, I expected All Might to be midway between Cpt. Falcon and Alex Armstrong and Uraraka's voice to be closer to Kanemoto Hisako's or Kobayashi Yuu's voice.

Honestly the anime doesn't seem to be doing enough to attract and hook new people week to week. It's so slow to get going for new folks, and the first few chapters of material are mostly getting the story all set up.
I feel it works far better as a supplement to the manga, by letting readers look forward to their favorite parts getting animated. Next episode should be pretty hype, though, for new and old viewers alike.
