Also the Japanese treat English like other school subjects (i.e. something you learn for a test then immediately forget) rather than an actual language that you use. So students basically learn how to pass English tests, not how to speak English.

I've got no idea about the health advice, but the chart looks shopped in. That's some kind of rigging reference chart for 3d animation, based on those names. They follow the typical convention. You build half the rig on one side and mirror it to the other to get it symmetrical, saves a lot of time. That's what the prefixes are for; the program recognizes it and creates an opposite equivalent. No idea what the other stuff is for. Humanoid Root is the first bone in in the hierarchy, typically kept separate from the pelvis for certain reasons. Can't be arsed to explain in any more depth. Look it up if you're interested.
