Compared to something like nasushit that can take days to read it it's entirety, most nukiges are some token dialogue and a bunch of "Kyaaaaa!!!!!" whenever a girl is getting dicked. This is why Nukiges get more translations (Aside from the obvious fapping material) because it's the perfect Fisher Price's "my First Translation" because the guy who's doing it doesn't really have to have a full grasp of the language to do so.
