This is how I see shit going down.
1. Angels in embryo form are kept in the coffins on the move
2. Thy Awake, receive AT fields and become Angels
3. Mark06 is taken out of Embryo stasis and is transformed into an Eva
4. Kaworu awakens in the body of the 13th but with the Soul of Adam the first
5. Once the spears are in Lilith the whole process is put on hold
6. Once the spears are taken the process re-assumes
7. Mark06 matures into Iruel and infects Mark09 as well as attempts to infect Wunder
8. Kaworu matures into the 13th Angel
9. Eva13 is one of the Embryos but he is fed Lilith so he does not become an Angel rather he becomes Adam (in a physical sense)
10. Kaworu now the 13th stuck inside Eva13 triggers the impact
Adams Vessel = nor yet mature Angel with a chance to become Adam
Adams Vessel do not posses AT field only when they mature and become Angels do they acquire one

No, Mark.09 is Adam's Vessel. A vessel for an Adam. It was "infected" by Adam, ie. Mark.06.
So we originally had 4 adams....
Kaworu = an Adam reclassified as 13th angel
Mark.06 = an Adam reclassified as 12th angel
Mark.09 = became Adam's vessel when infected by Mark.06
Unit 13 = an Adam
Where's the fourth Adam? Unit 01?
