The appeal of bitchdere is seeing them getting their comeuppance and to see them tear everyone else a new asshole. This is made even better in that she has issues with every single person she comes across, even herself.

I'll admit what you say is likely not false (I dropped the show after episode 4), but bitchdere as a character archetype breaks a lot of immersion/enjoyment I can get out of a show, especially when they're the main character.
That's to say the same kind of character doesn't work in other places/series, it just doesn't really appeal in this one for me.
I don't recall Momoka being dere with anyone.
