What's the better way to watch Haruhi?

Chronological order or airing order?
>>
Reverse.
>>
Airing for Haruhi, chronological for Yuki

Why not watch the movie and leave it at that?

Airing.
>>
airing > random >>>>>> shit >>>>>>> chronological
>>
>>139874536
Chronological. Broadcast is incoherent lolrandum shit that spoils the first arc long before it concludes, not to mention it was retconned in 2009 anyways.

Broadcast for the first time.
Difference in plot progression is minimal, and broadcast order has a little better pacing.

Doesn't really matter; the highest point of the show is Disappearance anyway.
>>
Broadcast. Chronological is shit that gives you all the explanation in the first 6 episodes and then makes you watch the rest that is built on you not yet having all information.
Chronological is like first watching the prequels and then you're supposed to be surprised when Darth Vader is Luke's father.
Also make sure to always start with the Adventures of Mikuru Asahina Ep 0 for ultimate pleasure

Randomly restock every episode, then watch them in reverse.

Forces you to pay attention, and doesn't spoil the fun.
>>
Broadcast is thec way the creators wanted you ton watch it. That's why they broadcast it that way. Do you start reading a book from the middle? No, you start from the beginning, because that's the way it was printed and the way it was meant to be.

I watched it in chronological order, but oddly enough I felt like I was missing out on something. The last episode of S1 while watching it in chrono feels out of place. So you have to watch it in airing.

I want to fuck Haruhi so hard, she has to create another closed space to prevent destruction.
>>
If you plan to watch only the first season then watch broadcast.

If you plan to watch the whole thing then watch chronological, since that's the only way the whole show was ever broadcast.
>>
Broadcast, but watch The Adventures of Mikuru Asahina between Remote Island Syndrome, Pt. 2 and Live Alive. Purely chronological order for both seasons would be too confusing for anyone.
>>
>>139874536
Watch it chronologically. If you plan to read the LNs afterwards, it's probably better that way as well.

>Purely chronological order for both seasons would be too confusing for anyone.

That just means you're stupid.
>>
Broadcast
>>
You watch it with onlyafro

I usually ignore these threads, but I just want to write this for my own sanity.

The correct answer is always release order. In this case that is:

First: Only S1 broadcast order (the one that starts with the movie and ends with Melancholy VI)

Next: S1 + S2, aka chronological order. So yes, this involves watching S1 again, but this time with the episodes from S1 interspersed through the new S2 episodes.

That is the best way to watch the series and get the full experience. Most people who watch it this way seem to end up liking the series. Feel free to skip up to 4 episodes of Endless Eight. Any more, and the effect is lost.

However, if you hate fun and don't want to bother investing time in the anime (i.e. just want to watch it for Disappearance) just watch the 'Next' part. Most people who watch it this way find the TV series mediocre but still enjoy the movie.

Also, we should ban this question from being asked because it's obvious it's just some anon beating a dead horse. If on the off chance it's someone who genuinely wants to watch Haruhi, they are most likely a newfag who shouldn't be spoonfed something it takes a quick Google to find out.

The way everyone watched it. Chronological and one episode a week

if they weren't retarded they wouldn't be watching this crap in the first place

Doesn't really matter any more if you're gonna watch Disappearance afterwards.

Holy shit everyone here is retarded. Broadcast order makes no sense and is confusing as fuck not to mention screws the light novel up.

Watch in chronological order, then watch Disappearance OP.
>>
>>139874536
I watched it in airing order way back in the day. I dont think watching it in chronological would make it any better though since it really wasnt that good. Was kinda ironic that Lucky Star was better when it;s basically an advertisement for Haruhi
>>
>>139874536
Don't watch it, I have never watch it and I'm the happiest guy in the world.
>>
>>139887013
Broadcast order is only confusing if you're an idiot. It's mostly chronological, anyway. It just skips between the founding of the club in the spring and various hijinks in the summer and fall afterwards.

Plus
>Boredom has Koizumi hint at the climax that happened last episode chronologically
>Character development for the side characters interspersed throughout the main plot, rather than ending with a half season of filler
>Haruhi's bitchiness in Melancholy counterbalanced by her more sympathetic portrayal in the short stories
>>
>>139882621
Why? The LNs aren't even in chronological order.

The correct answer is to watch Yuki-Chan first and ignore that cluster fuck that is Haruhi's Mary Sue fic.
